Item Title
C-16 Continue Multi-District Agreement with Duval County to serve low incidence ESE students for student school year 2010-2011.
Issue/Rationale
A few low incidence students such as the Hearing Impaired have needs which are very complex. State rules permit us to contract with Duval County to provide for these low incidence youngsters.
It benefits both the students and the School District to have access to these comprehensive programs.
Recommended Action
Approve continuation of the Multi-District Agreement with Duval County 2010-2011.
Financial Impact
Services have not exceeded $7,000.00.
